Patient Fund

In 2003, Skerryvore Patient Fund was set up as a charity in order to purchase items to improve patient care. It is managed the committee of one GP, the office manager and two lay members. The accounts for this fund are made available at the end of each financial year.

Apart from various fund-raising events and the popular annual Skerryvore calendar, we are grateful for all the donations that we have received.

Items purchased include a cardiac defibrillator (Heart start), a spirometer (for assessment of chest problems) and comfortable patient seating for the waiting area and consulting rooms.
